Blue Rhino, a Ferrellgas Company is looking for a Compliance Specialist to join the team! The Compliance Specialist provides excellent customer service while maintaining regular communication with the assigned service centers to ensure support/administrative tasks are being handled.
You will also support any task needed to have accounts installed in a timely manner and support the growth of the Blue Rhino Business.
Tracking and documenting will be key to the success of this position.

Serves as a customer advocate and records customer feedback in Rhino-Net and prospect databases.

Manages the In Process report for assigned areas which directly impacts the install timeframes for our customers.

Responds to Maintenance Center requests for assigned areas to ensure customer needs are met.

Investigates reported billing errors.

Enters unapplied/misapplied tickets to ensure customers are billed in a timely manner.

Manages inventory for production plant and tank exchange yards.

Supports follow up install calls and helps to improve the Customer Experience.

Acts as a helpful resource for customers via phone, email and fax; responds to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner and through completion.

Initiates requests for safety procedures and processes.

Supports assigned areas as needed to enhance the Customer Experience.

Interacts with other customer care employees and supports as needed.

Helps to increase customer base by supporting outbound sales projects.

Emanates a positive attitude; ability to support the changes of the business.

Works in a fast-paced environment with seasonal business and high-volume peak times of the year.

Demonstrates high levels of reliability and integrity.

Will always support the Customer Care Call Center including Holidays and weekends by answering call volume.

Completes additional tasks requested by management.

Must work well with immediate management as well as SC Managers and the Executive Team.

Must meet minimum productivity and quality standards.

High school diploma required.

3-5 years of customer service experience.

1-3 years of sales/sales support experience.

Compliance, permitting, and cash handling preferred.

Experience with Ferrellgas business.

Advanced computer skills.

Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.

Demonstrated ability to manage heavy workloads on a consistent basis.

High degree of customer focus.

The drive to support the needs of the growth of the business.

Must be pro-active and take initiative.

Must be detail oriented with the ability to take projects/tasks through to completion.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
