Summary:
Sales Support Coordinator will have frontline ownership of the promise to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
All customers are important and should be treated accordingly.
The Sales Support Coordinator will take direct responsibility for assisting the sales team with their needs and accountability.
They will professionally interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products, order status, and services, and to resolve all customer requests.
SSS contributes to positive team dynamics through a cooperative work environment, a can-do attitude, and the desire to exceed customer expectations.
Roles &
Responsibilities:
Maintain a working knowledge of how to solve customer issues including; questions, pricing, and billing.
Provide sale support and coordination to all West Direct Oil Company Sales Team, this includes West Direct Oil, VPS, and Detail Divis.
Tracking and payment of supplemental/rebate programs with key vendors.
Provide reports and other related sales support as required.
Ensure quotes and orders are input promptly; meeting deadlines from the sales team.
Comply with all company initiatives and policies.
Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Coordination for all new customer onboarding with contract pricing.
Ownership of the administration and training role for SalesForce.
com.
Train the Sales team on Rubber Tree and troubleshoot why pricing is wrong or not syncing.
Tracking and payment of all customer and vendor rebate programs.
Manage/Supervise the receipt and execution of all sales-related requests.
Marketing and ordering material as needed from vendors.
Mange Oil Change Program that is requested through the Sales Team.
Account receivable management Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience within a customer service environmentAssociate degree or related work experience.
Strong level of business knowledge and understanding of oil distribution.
Computer operating skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, Epicor P21, and our corporate CRM.
Solid organizational and ability to multi-task and to do so calmly and professionally.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to establish relationships and build credibility with customers.
