Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive repairs and maintenance on all systems of Class 8 Tractors and Trailers, covering engines, electrical components, brakes, and suspension.
Conduct regular preventative maintenance on all equipment to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders (coworkers and drivers) and external customers (manufacturers/dealers).
Utilize welding and fabrication skills when necessary to enhance and customize equipment.
Requirements:
Must possess brake certification and qualifications for DOT inspections.
Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, familiarity with VRMS Codes, and hold brake certification.
Display a desire to grow within the company and a willingness to learn multiple aspects of the business.
Background and drug tests are required.
