Job Duties and Responsibilities DISH Wireless is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the Strategy team in the Customer Communications and Owned Channel team.
The position will drive marketing strategies to our existing customer base in order to retain customers and drive value to the organization.
The position will be at the forefront of creating the strategy and developing impactful marketing campaigns aimed at boosting engagement, driving sales, and fostering retention across the entire customer lifecycle.

Key
Responsibilities:
Lead the Marketing Strategy Team within Customer Communications and Owned Channels Marketing to develop engaging campaigns that drive customer engagement, value, and retention Develop a quarterly and yearly marketing strategy plan Optimize processes within the team to drive efficiencies in campaign development from intake to deployment to measurement Engage with other teams across the organization to ensure campaigns are coherent and coordinated Skills, Experience and Requirements Education and
Experience:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing and bachelor s degree required Passion for the customer; prior experience of Customer retention highly preferred 3 years of experience in people management and leading a team Skills and

Desire to win the business every single day with a strategic mindset, and passion for innovation and agility Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency and an ability to think creatively, strategically and quickly and to learn and act swiftly Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership, promote enthusiasm and foster strategic thinking Strong people leader with experience developing teams to successful outcomes in changing environments Spanish fluency preferred Proven experience working directly with senior leadership teams with excellent attention to detail, creativity, motivation and communication skills Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and demonstrate a sense of urgency Ability to facilitate a project with multiple steps from conception to delivery Salary Ranges Compensation:
$96,250.
00/Year - $137,500.

The base pay range shown is a guideline.
Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
This will be posted for a minimum of 3 days or until the position is filled.
