Licensing and Titling Assistant

MYR Group Inc., one of the oldest and largest electricalcontractors in the country, has an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in its Fleet Department at its Henderson, CO district office. This position will have primary responsibility for the licensing and titling of our fleet vehicles and equipment, in addition to other responsibilities as well. Duties: Process vehicle registration and renewals Apply for vehicle titles Track IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement) receipt envelopes Place orders and terminate fuel cards as needed Process monthly fuel bill Generate reports in Excel Data entry Other duties as assigned                 Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable. Job Requirements Skills/Qualifications: 5 years working in a busy office environment Previous experience processing vehicle registration, titles, and renewals Experience working in a fleet departmentpreferred Strong working knowledge of MS Excel is required Strong attention to detail, especially with data entry Strong multi-tasking and time management skills Experience with JD Edwards/AS400 preferred Experience working in a team environment Positive attitude Punctual Reliable Excellent benefits including: Paid vacation Paid holidays Medical Dental Vision Life insurance 401k

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
