BIM Manager

BIM Manager Duties: Maintain relationships with customers, peers & other departments Modeling will be performed primarily utilizing Revit and additionally AutoCAD MEP. Extracting accurate and detailed information from Revit model Provide dimensioned working/shop drawings for field installation and prefabrication, as well as, provide as-built record drawings at the end of the project Setting up and coordinating projects, files, and clash detection with NavisWorks Manage  Seeking only those employees that are reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and have a good attitude. Employees will need to Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable. Job Requirements BIM Manager Qualifications: 3-5 Years leading  and managing teams of BIM modelers on multiple projects. A strong commercial electrical background is preferred to understand constructability of electrical systems Ability to read, create and maintain project schedules. High level of self and team organization skills. Revit experience and detailed understanding of its processing including setting up and maintaining jobs, files, families, schedules and work sets Extensive knowledge of Navisworks Ability to learn new processes within Revit Above average in BlueBeam and computer trends/technology Have strong organizational and analytical skills Occasional travelrequired to project locations in Denver Metro area

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
